What this tool does

Papiral lets you reorder the pages of a PDF by specifying the desired page sequence. Enter the page numbers in the new order (e.g. 3, 1, 2) and Papiral rebuilds the PDF with pages in that exact sequence. Process an entire batch of PDFs at once.

Problems it solves

  • Rearranging slides in a PDF presentation
  • Moving an appendix to the front of a report
  • Reorganizing scanned pages that came out in the wrong order
  • Reordering chapters in a book manuscript PDF

Example

Move page 5 to position 1 in a 10-page report

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to list all page numbers?

You must list all page numbers in the desired order. Any pages you omit will be appended at the end in their original order.

What if I enter a page number that doesn't exist?

Invalid page numbers are silently ignored. Only valid page numbers within the document range are used.
