How does billing work?

Plans are billed annually via Stripe. You can cancel any time and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

What happens to my files?

Files are automatically deleted based on your plan: 24 hours on the free plan, 7 days on Pro, and 30 days on Business. We encrypt data in transit and at rest and never share your documents.

What file formats are supported?

Papiral processes standard PDF files. Input must be a ZIP archive containing one or more PDFs. Output is a ZIP of processed PDFs (or a single merged PDF for the merge tool).
