What this tool does
Papiral encrypts your PDFs with a password of your choosing. Once protected, the PDF requires the password to open in any PDF viewer. Process multiple PDFs in one batch — all files in the ZIP will be encrypted with the same password.
Problems it solves
- Protecting sensitive financial or legal documents before emailing
- Restricting access to confidential reports shared with external parties
- Password-protecting employee records before distribution
- Securing draft documents sent for review
Example
Password-protect 10 confidential contract PDFs before sending
