What this tool does

Papiral embeds a JPEG or PNG image onto every page of every PDF in your batch. Choose the position (corner or center), size (as a percentage of page width), and opacity. Include your image file (logo.png, stamp.jpg, etc.) in the same ZIP as your PDFs and Papiral will find it automatically.

Problems it solves

  • Adding a company logo to every page of a batch of reports
  • Stamping a 'DRAFT' or 'APPROVED' badge image onto documents
  • Branding white-label PDFs with a client logo before delivery
  • Adding a signature image to every page of a contract

Example

Stamp a logo.png at 20% width in the bottom-right corner of 15 PDFs

Frequently asked questions

How do I include my image in the ZIP?

Add your image file (e.g. logo.png or stamp.jpg) to the same ZIP as your PDFs. Papiral will automatically detect the first image file and use it as the stamp.

What image formats are supported?

JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg) and PNG (.png) images are supported. PNG is recommended if your image has a transparent background.
